Welcome and thank you for visiting my site. It’s good to have direct contact with you. Continue to sing unto the Lord because he loves to hear your praise.
As you can see, my ministry is expanding. I am now starting a new C.L.U.B. that will make a huge change in the Christian community.
What we would like to see is a group of Christians that will keep growing and being examples to others by the way we live our lives.
I am encouraging you to post your comments and talk to me. I, on the other hand, will make it a point to respond and keep the flow going.
Tell me what’s going on with you and let’s partner together and affect the world for Jesus!
August 19th, 2009 at 2:06 pm I just wanted to thank you for doing what you do…years ago my church youth group took all of the youth to your concert, It was the first concert i had ever been too, and i remember it like it was yesterday…i must have been around 9 or 10…I am 31 now and have started a music ministry with my wife Erica, and it would mean the world to me if you would listen to our song and critique our song. I give all praise to God, but you being a the messenger he called you to be, had a very strong impact on my life as a boy. So thanks again for standing for Christ. The name of our song is “This Joy” you can listen at “www.youtube.com/radiantchange” Any advise would be treasured. your brother in Christ Robert Jackson

It is really cool to see you continually growing and trying new things. When you say “house” church…what does that mean as compared to the typical machine we call church on Sundays?

November 14th, 2009 at 6:32 pm I have never written to a singer before but I had to look you up! When I gave my life to the Lord years ago you had just made “The Sky’s The Limit” and I loved (and still do!) every song that was on it. I love to see your smiling face and hear your melodious voice and let’s not forget the message in your music and the music as well–is so awesome. I was glad to see you on TBN this week. I had not heard from you in a while. Are you still recording CD’s? Please let me know so that I can purchase one. I just purchased 2 of your soundtracks–The Sky’s The Limit and Star of the Morning. I will get “JESUS’ next. I plan to sing them in our church youth group. I know they are going to love these songs. Well, just to let you know I love you and keep letting God use all of that amazing talent you have!!!1

November 25th, 2009 at 5:54 pm Dear Leon. I must tell you how important your music is to me and my walk with God. November 29th, 2009 at 5:03 am Dearest Leon Patillo, I just found your music and now this site on the web and would not pass up an opportunity to tell you directly that your songs reached deep into my spirit when I was but a young child. I later enjoyed many other wonderful Christian artists but always have felt your ministry was one of if not my very favorite of all time. I am in awe and now want to catch your performance live before I leave this earth(smile). It would be like being in the presence of one of God’s Angels b/c I know you will be highly honored in His Kingdom…but please take your time getting there b/c my son is only 4 and I hope he too will have the opportunity to see you and be impacted by your songs. With a devotion like yours, you have got to make God’s day every day….We LOVE you!
December 11th, 2009 at 5:54 pm Great .. very cool matter. I will blog about it also.
December 21st, 2009 at 3:22 pm Dearest Leon - I am so happy to see you out there again shining for the Lord. I must admit that I was worried about you and thought often of you these past 20 years. You blessed me through your appearances and your music many years ago and I look forward to new opportunities to experience your music (ha ha - now in the form of CD’s rather than tapes). Keep on shining. Sister Dianne.
December 26th, 2009 at 10:31 pm Dear Leon, My son gave me a record player for Chrsitmas this year. I was so thrilled! I tooked out all of my christian records! Among them was , Don’t Give In.” Well today I had the worse day ever. I work with the mentally and phycially handicapp. I get alot of verbal abuse from these people and today might of been the straw that broke the camels back. I was ready to quit and espcially give up on one of these clients. No mattter how hard I try to befriend this person it turns out to be very ugly and she verbally abuses not only me but others that live in this home. While I was driving home I told the Lord that there was no hope for her and that I did not care anymore. (Shame on me ) After dinner I put on the song , “Don’t give in”. I felt a new freshness and the joy that I thought I had lost. Also, the song , “Have Faith” could’nt of come at a better time. Isn’t God good to plan this gift of a record player and for me to play this album of yours?” Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God is still on the throne. God Bless You. Cathy
January 2nd, 2010 at 12:34 pm Leon, It is a pleasure to finally find you again after about 25 years of not knowing where you went or what you were doing. As a very old Santana fan of my misplaced youth I heard your song “I hear the thunder” and loved it as a newly married man to my wife Karen almost 25 years ago. She had the album and we used to play it over and over very powerful stuff from our Lord through you. I am going to pick that album up again on CD so I can listen to it with my lovely wife the Lord gave to me. Lucky men you and I truly blessed the Lord has given me much to be Steward of five children and four grandchildren I’m a lucky man the Lord was always there even when I was not listening to him what more do I need. I listen more today finally waking up from the haze of the world in which I thought I could control. Well thank you for listening and thank the Lord for your great music that I will enjoy and love to sing along with although the Lord loves the praise I can’t hold a candle to you brother. Yours in Christ, Michael & Karen Walkerwicz
January 12th, 2010 at 5:39 pm Mr./Sir Leon Patillo, Wow! God is so good. Your music reflex His goodness, mercy and love. I can’t begin to express how much your music impacted my life. At my wedding, my wife sang to me “You Are Flesh Of My Flesh”. I sang to her “This Is The Day That The Lord Has Made”…not sure if it was one of yours. I was born in Zimbabwe and moved to Canada in 1990. I have surely seen my dreams come true as a musician and love God my family very much. My passion is to travel and minister in music like you. I have recorded 4 albums since 1987 and the latest is an instrumental entitled “I’m Dancing”. Your albums including “Brand New” really inspired my music. He took this African boy from afar and blessed me so much. I am giving back thru my commitment to Him and sharing His love to the world. I hope to attend one of your concerts, God willing. Do you travel to Calgary? I am based in Calgary, Alberta for now. Thank you so much for sharing. I pray that God will continue to bless your music ministry, family and fulfill all the desires of your heart in Him.

March 2nd, 2010 at 3:32 pm I was smitten by God’s love in the 1980’s, and I have never been the same. In this new found love I listened to the music of Leon Patillo, along with Keith Green and other worshipers so honest in their worship. Recently, I have been through many things, deep hurt from some believers, the passing of my dad. I felt I was maintaining. Then today, I played “Praise Ye the Lord” and broke into a torrent of tears. I realized that, through all that had gone on, I had forgotten just Who God Is. Thank you for this music, which is much more, it is worship, leading into the Presence of the Lord.
March 6th, 2010 at 10:34 am I saw you sang on TBN and I like your style–your dancing, etc. May it’s good also if you include country gospel music in your album. Continue to be a blessing through music.
March 31st, 2010 at 1:33 pm Bless you, your famly and friends and have a Glorious Easter. From Yuba City, Ca CCC
April 28th, 2010 at 12:57 am Greetings Leon, I was a big fan of yours when I first accepted Christ years ago. I remember driving around town just blasting that cassette tape and singing loud as I could. One song in particular “The Prince of Peace” memories I shall never forget..Your music touched me and my friends in very positive ways back then. Thank you sharing. May God bless and keep you..
May 7th, 2010 at 9:00 am Hello Leon (and Renee!) Gail and I were honored to be your friends through some great times and some tough times! You may not remember, but we met you in Rockford IL in 1984 and became friends in LA when we directed Associates In Media (Campus Crusade’s Hollywood Ministry) from 1988-1993. We apologize for not keeping in touch better, but we have watched you from afar and still have a special place for you in our hearts. Our children (some of your biggest fans back in the day) are all grown of course and all became musicians! We now live in Rockport Massachusetts and both work in ministry within the Catholic Church. (We entered the Catholic Church at St. Monica’s Parish in Santa Monica in 1993) Though we could have stayed with Campus Crusade, we chose not to. Please respond when you get a chance. I am a Religious Education Director and work with youth, so….perhaps we could work together again sometime! All blessings and congratulations on your marriage! Love in Christ, Jay Caress
May 27th, 2010 at 7:50 pm My husband and I fell in love with each other with your music playing in the background. We saw you in concert in South Bend, IN in the early 80’s and had a friend sing ‘Flesh of My Flesh’ at our wedding. We’ve now been married 25 years. I am excited to see you’ve recorded an entire CD of love songs. I am also happy to see you’re still in ministry. God bless you and your wife and your efforts for Him!
June 3rd, 2010 at 4:31 pm Hi Leon, You bring me back good memories from the 1980’s when I accepted the Lord as my savior while serving in the military. Thanks for all your songs and motivation. I am now living in Brazil and I miss those years. May God Bless you and keep on rolling ….. Bruno ……

June 28th, 2010 at 10:01 pm Will you be near Wisconsin or Chicago anytime soon
June 30th, 2010 at 10:08 am Good Morning! Mr. Leon, I was on the prayer line this morning. What a blessing to be a part of such a dynamic prayer group. I would also, like to know the name of the song that was played at the end; very apropos. At the same time, is it possible to obtain a copy of the prayer line, from today? In particular, I would like the commitment/sinner’s pray, for posterity. This was truly an amazing, uplifting, and unforgettable prayer line, today. Thank you, for the invitation. Blessings! AJ
July 3rd, 2010 at 8:22 pm I was recently looking into getting CD’s of music I liked in the 70’s and 80’s. Yours was some of them. My master is taking his LP’s and putting them on CD’s for me. I found your web site and read your bio. I am presently working with mentally ill and chemically addicted. Have met no balanced believer’s in this field, unless they’re private therapist’s. A real ministry field for the balanced believer due to the New Age that’s dominating both fields. May be moving soon as I hope to expand and either help build an integrated program or work in a place that has one. I listen to your 1st album almost every day on the way to work. It helps me get in a better frame of mind as I believe that praise and worship are so very vital, especially in this day and age.
